From Healing to Creation
Why Rise & Render Exists
I’m a registered psychiatric nurse who understands healing both professionally and personally.
After experiencing trauma in my own life, I learned that healing isn’t something you rush or “fix.” It’s something you build—slowly, honestly, and with compassion. Through both my clinical work and my personal journey, I’ve come to believe that resilience is not about pushing through pain, but about creating structure, safety, and space to grow again.
Rise & Render was created as a place where healing and practicality meet. Here, I share thoughtful articles, journals, planners, and tools designed to support emotional healing, self-reflection, and intentional progress. These resources are shaped by trauma-informed care, real-world experience, and the understanding that structure can be grounding when life feels overwhelming.
This space is for anyone who is navigating change, carrying emotional weight, or rebuilding after hard seasons. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. You just have to be willing to take the next gentle step.
Still here. Still rising.
